Comcast strives to honor requests for privacy with regard to promotional or sales communications. To remove yourself from future sales calls, solicitations at your door and/or promotional mail from Comcast, please complete the following form.

You can choose not to receive sales calls from Comcast or its authorized representatives by placing your phone number on our Do Not Call for Sales List:

The number will be added immediately, but it is possible you might still receive a sales call within thirty (30) days of the date your number is added to the Comcast Do Not Call List. Please note: adding a phone number to the Comcast Do Not Call List will NOT prevent informational or notification calls from Comcast regarding a customer's current services. You may still receive informational phone calls.



You can also choose not to receive any calls from Comcast by placing your phone number on our Do Not Call for Any Reason List by entering your number in the area below. If you choose to stop all calls from Comcast, keep in mind that if you are a Comcast customer, you will no longer receive any sales calls, notifications and/or informational calls regarding your current Comcast account, including:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Equipment notifications and calls regarding equipment replacements
  • Billing issues
  • Collections activity
  • Suspected fraud on your account
  • For Internet customers, bot detection or other online security issues associated with Constant Guard
  • Outages
  • Customer services issues
